Tim Saillant is a director, cinematographer and photographer based in Paris. After studying cinema at the University of Paris Sorbonne he entered the Ecole Nationale Supérieure Louis-Lumière. He directed several short documentary films before moving on to fiction with Birds of Prey as part of a master thesis entitled Can we decolonize the western genre ? Attempts to deconstruct a myth.
